Free Mac OSX (Cocoa) Universal Binary Programs:
These Mac OS X Universal Binary (Cocoa) applications are free to use. I hope you find them useful. Source code is provided as well. Comments are welcome.
Bear in mind that these are my first programming attempts in Cocoa. They are not optimized for efficiency, speed or memory use. Use at own risk and before using read License below.
BuyLeaseOsX is a small application for future lessees and lessors who wish to calculate and analyse leasing vs. purchasing options (for US Federal tax system only). It uses its own class to calculate all relevant figures, such as depreciation, taxes, rents, and the respective present values etc. It includes a basic sensitivity analysis tool and makes use of the SM2DGraph Framework for graphical representation of data. US-State tax calculation has not been implemented yet. Use at own risk.

APRCalcOsX is a Annual Percentage Rate (APR) Calculator which shows the use of tables and some export functionality to comma separated tables. The calculator uses NSDictionary to build payment schedule tables. This calculator has been tested against some of the commercially available programs. USe at own risk.
